For more than three decades, Dr Glenn Williams has helped leaders and organisations around the world bridge the gap between strategy and execution. As the founder and CEO of LCP Global, Glenn’s work centres on one guiding principle: that alignment unlocks capacity.
His passion is equipping leaders to translate purpose into performance, ensuring that what matters most is lived out every day in how they lead, decide, and communicate. Across corporate, entrepreneurial, and not-for-profit sectors, Glenn has worked alongside more than 3,000 leaders, helping them navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
A World Well Led
Glenn founded LCP Global in 2010 with a vision to create “a world well led.” His leadership experience spans roles as a psychologist, business owner, and global COO of a large international NGO, where he oversaw more than 700 staff across 40 countries. Through this journey, Glenn observed that most leadership breakdowns aren’t caused by poor strategy; they stem from misalignment between people, purpose, and priorities.
That insight became the foundation of the LCP Alignment Ecosystem™, a practical framework that integrates leadership development, strategy execution, and culture transformation.
Glenn’s doctoral research explored the relationship between alignment and leader effectiveness, shaping what is now known as the Alignment Methodology, used by leaders worldwide to deliver measurable results in just 90 days.
When Leaders Are Lost
Glenn is the author of When Leaders Are Lost, a book that explores how leaders can regain clarity and purpose when the pace of change and the weight of responsibility threaten to overwhelm.
Drawing on his research, field experience, and the lived realities of senior executives, Glenn unpacks the disorienting gap between expectation and experience — and how alignment restores both performance and wellbeing.
Through LCP Global, Glenn continues to mentor and coach CEOs, boards, and leadership teams, helping them achieve alignment across strategy, leadership, and culture.
