Dr Glenn WilliamsSunshine Coast, Australia
Glenn is the founder and CEO of LCP Global Pty Ltd, an innovative provider of proven, scalable leadership solutions that recognise the connection between personal well-being, resilience, and better performance. With more than 25 years working as a psychologist, executive, and board member in more than 40 countries, he is passionate about helping individuals develop capacity to lead themselves, lead others, and their businesses.
LCP’s work with leaders around the world identified five primary anchor points that influence a person’s development and performance. These 5 Leadership Anchors™ led to the development of the world-class LCP Leadership Accelerator™, a powerful online resource that takes individuals on a reflective journey combined with a robust ecosystem of evidence-based content, but with the personalized reporting of a one-on-one coach.
Prior to starting LCP Global in 2010, Glenn held senior roles in the U.S with a global NGO that had offices in 18 countries and partnerships in 150 countries. He served as Group Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer for Global Operations, responsible for a budget of US$110 million. In these roles, he oversaw global strategy, marketing, operations, human resources, and product development.
Early in his career, Glenn worked in a regional sales role for a multinational company, before going back to university to study psychology and launching Pro-Fam Australia, which launched national initiatives focused on building stronger families and communities. This work expanded to Asia, North America, Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East.
In 2013, Glenn completed a doctorate through George Fox University in the U.S., focusing on the relationship between leadership character and performance. This expanded his understanding of how organizational culture, leadership identity, and wellbeing affect decision making and performance. He also facilitates executive roundtables for Halftime Australia, helping leaders align their successes, influence, and opportunities to build a legacy of significance.
Glenn is married to Natalie and they have three adult children.
