Meet Dieter Weinand

As an Executive Coach and business performance facilitator with over 35 years’ experience specializing in leadership and organizational development in South Africa and Australia, Dieter motivates individuals and organizations toward being more results and solutions-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
Dieter brings experience from his work with BMW South Africa in Leadership Development and Manufacturing Management. In Australia, he has created and facilitated a variety of leadership programs and RTO accredited Business Performance courses with TP3 / Pollak Learning Alliance, Deakin University, the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and is currently an Associate with the Melbourne Business School (MBS).
As an accredited Coach with Growth Coaching International and LCP Global, he has coached and trained executives and senior leaders in both private and government sectors including Financial Institutions, FACS, Education, Defence, Mining, Health Care, Manufacturing, Advertising, and Aged Care. Dieter’s most recent project included the design, development and delivery of a leadership-coaching program for over 70 Cardiologists and Radiation Oncologists from an international health care provider.
Dieter holds a B. Com Hons, Human Resource Management University of Pretoria, a B. Com Hons, Human Resource Management University of Pretoria (1989-1990), and B. Com, Psychology and Business Economics University of the Witwatersrand (1976-1979). He is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, an accredited LSI practitioner, accredited in Genos Emotional Intelligence, DISC and Team Management System, and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
