Meet Justin Clarke
Currently the Senior Technology Officer, Australia & New Zealand, JP Morgan Chase, Justin is a highly experienced Manager, Leader and Executive Coach with 30 years international Client and Supply side experience.
As a current Executive and Company Director, Justin has deep insights into the challenges facing professionals at multiple organisation levels, from associates through to C-suite. As an Executive Coach, he seeks to leverage this knowledge and his deeps strengths to enable the potential and success of those he works with – transforming people and organizations from being good to being great.
With a natural strategic orientation, Justin is passionate about helping his clients to deeply understand their unique talents and value; to leverage this self-awareness to define aligned outcomes; and to put in place effective implementation plans, to enable their attainment.
Prior to JP Morgan, Justin has held senior positions with National Australia Bank, led significant accounts for IBM in the UK and led major IT Divisions for the Bank of Ireland in Dublin.
Justin is a certified Executive Coach, Gallup Strengths Coach and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds an MBA and MSc in Strategic Focus from Edinburgh Business School.
