Sally works as a consultant in Health, Aged Care and the Community Sector, and as an executive coach.
Prior to launching Humble Access, Sally had 25 years in senior operational roles in the not-for-profit sector, successfully driving operational and cultural change. As a member of HammondCare’s Executive for more than 20 years (7 years as Deputy CEO), the organisation averaged a compound growth rate of 20% per annum, with the organization growing from $7m turnover in 1992 to $200m in 2015.
She has overseen numerous innovative initiatives in aged care, dementia care and palliative care, including co-leading with Professor Rod MacLeod, the design and introduction of the innovative Palliative Care Home Support Program and the Palliative Care Bridge in 2013.
Sally’s experience extends to support services as well as frontline operations, having spent six years at HammondCare in the roles of Chief Operating Officer and General Manager Corporate Services, with responsibility for L&D, HR, Workers Comp, WHS, Injury Management, Corporate Systems, Pastoral Care, Communications, Fundraising, Corporate Office management, Maintenance and New Services Development.
Her final role at Hammond from 2012 to 2015 was as General Manager Home Care Services, including responsibility for 800 staff and a $55m budget. In this role she was responsible for building a sustainable, scalable home care service platform to differentiate services and embrace market opportunities.
Sally has a Master of Applied Finance (Macquarie University) and is an AICD graduate. She sits on the Board of Anglicare Northern Territory, and as an LCP-certified leadership coach, she is committed to helping leaders explore their potential and excel in environments where inspirational leadership is valued and sought after.
